JVR Computing 30-Day Warranty Policy

At JVRComputing, we take pride in delivering high-quality computer repair services. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 30-day limited warranty on all repair services. Below, you will find the terms and conditions of this warranty policy.

Warranty Coverage

  1. Scope of Coverage:

    • This warranty applies exclusively to the specific repairs or services listed on your invoice.

    • The warranty covers defects in workmanship directly related to the repair performed by JVRComputing.

    • Any hardware or parts provided during the repair are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. JVRComputing will assist with warranty claims to the manufacturer if needed.

  2. Warranty Period:

    • This warranty is valid for 30 calendar days from the date the service was completed.

    • Claims made after the 30-day period will not be covered under this warranty.

  3. Resolution Under Warranty:

    • If an issue arises within the warranty period and is determined to be caused by an error in our workmanship, JVRComputing will re-perform the service at no additional cost.

    • If replacement parts provided by JVRComputing are found to be defective, we will assist in facilitating the manufacturer’s warranty claim.

 

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  1. User Damage:

    • Physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse occurring after the service.

  2. Software Issues:

    • Viruses, malware, software corruption, or operating system errors unless explicitly included in the original service.

  3. Third-Party Interference:

    • Damage or issues caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering with the device by third parties.

  4. Unrelated Issues:

    • New issues unrelated to the original repair.

    • Pre-existing conditions not addressed during the service.

  5. External Factors:

    • Power surges, accidents, or acts of nature.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Us:

    • Call us at [phone number] or email us at [email address] within the 30-day warranty period.

  2. Provide Proof of Service:

    • Present the original invoice or proof of repair at the time of the claim.

  3. Device Inspection:

    • Bring the device to our store for inspection. A technician will evaluate the issue to determine if it is covered under the warranty.

  4. Resolution:

    • If the issue is determined to be covered, JVRComputing will perform the necessary repairs at no cost to you.

 

Important Notes

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and device serviced.

  • Any additional repairs or services required outside the scope of the original repair will incur standard charges.

  • This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 in Ontario.
